If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Your item must be in the original packaging (Brown - outer box)
- You need to have the order number and receipt or proof of purchase
- Sale items are final sale (On sale or Promo code applied)
Before shipping your item, please email (email@example.com) or call (905) 362-8810 x234 with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. *Your return will not be accepted without thee RMA number and an image of the item(s) being returned. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund payment and you will receive an email with the payment details.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Other than exchange for damage, return freight for unwanted items will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
